Kyau Studio is a growing branding and design studio specialising in providing services to beauty, lifestyle, and wellness businesses. Our offerings range from custom projects to comprehensive packages tailored to the unique needs of our clients.

Role

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Lead Generation and Conversion Specialist to help us expand our client base. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients via platforms like LinkedIn, reaching out to them, initiating sales conversations, and closing the sale on a sales call. Once a lead is qualified and interested, our team will take over to onboard the client.

Compensation

As we are in the startup phase, we offer a commission-based compensation model. You will receive 25% of the project value, which can range from $1125 to $6250 (or more) per conversion.

Support and Resources

You will have access to our company profile and all the necessary information to understand our services and operations. We'll also provide a professional email address for outreach, a Calendly account, and a Zoom account. Communication between us will be facilitated through Zoom, a dedicated Notion page, and/or any platform you may suggest for smoother operation.

Requirement

Proven experience in B2B lead generation, preferably in the design industry

Strong networking skills, particularly on LinkedIn

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to identify potential leads accurately
