Job Overview:

As the Real Estate Portal Manager and Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our online reach and driving traffic to our website. You will be responsible for managing real estate portals, optimizing listings, and implementing lead-generation strategies tailored to the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Real Estate Portal Management: Manage and maintain our presence on various real estate portals, ensuring accurate and up-to-date property listings, descriptions, and images.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and execute lead generation strategies to attract potential buyers, sellers, and investors interested in the UAE real estate market.
  • Website Promotion: Implement digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing, to promote our website and increase its visibility in the UAE market.
  • Content Management: Create compelling and engaging content, including property descriptions, blog posts, and articles, to attract and retain website visitors.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor website traffic, lead conversion rates, and user behavior using analytics tools to make data-driven decisions and optimize strategies.
  • Networking: Establish and maintain relationships with industry professionals, local businesses, and potential partners to expand our network and reach.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Customer Engagement: Interact with website visitors, respond to inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service to foster relationships and trust.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with business goals and sales targets.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates on lead generation and website performance to the management team.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in real estate portal management and lead generation, preferably in the UAE market.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate industry trends and the competitive landscape in the UAE.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze data and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Familiarity with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  • UAE driver\'s license will be required
