We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers to provide product information, resolve inquiries, and drive sales. You will handle incoming calls, emails, and chats, ensure customer satisfaction, and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally. Provide detailed product or service information. Process orders, returns, and resolve issues efficiently. Meet or exceed sales targets through effective communication and product recommendations. Maintain accurate customer records in the system.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
