Due to continued growth, we're seeking a dynamic
Sales & Account Manager
with deep experience in the
events industry
across the UAE. You'll be responsible for driving new business, managing client relationships, and delivering high-impact event solutions across sectors such as architecture, real estate, and immersive technology.
You Will:
Build and manage a strong pipeline of event clients and strategic accounts.
Develop tailored proposals and presentations for corporate, real estate, and tech-driven events.
Collaborate with internal production and creative teams to deliver seamless event experiences.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to generate leads.
Translate complex event concepts (e.g., immersive tech, digital twin showcases) into compelling client offerings.
You Have:
4+ years' experience in event sales or account management, ideally within architecture, real estate, or tech sectors.
Strong UAE network and proven track record of closing high-value event deals.
Understanding of event production workflows, including AV, staging, and immersive technologies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
A full UAE driving licence.
Experience in managing or contributing to industry events, exhibitions, or activations.
