Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement annual sales plans and marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
Lead a sales team to generate new corporate, group, and leisure accounts while nurturing existing relationships
Plan and manage digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and PR.
Analyze market trends, the competitive landscape, and guest insights to identify opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with revenue management to set pricing guidelines, packages, and promotional offers.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to cultivate partnerships.
Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools; prepare regular reports on KPIs such as occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and ROI
Coordinate with operations, guest relations, and property teams to ensure seamless execution of group bookings and events.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field
5+ years of progressive sales and marketing experience within the hospitality or holiday-homes sector
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and building strategic partnerships
Experience managing both digital marketing channels and offline sales activities
Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Analytical thinker able to derive insights from data and translate them into actionable plans
Creative approach to campaign design and problem solving
