We are looking for an experienced and strategic Group Sales and Partnerships Manager to lead and grow our restaurant and lifestyle partnerships. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to drive revenue through key collaborations and large-scale sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue across all restaurant and lifestyle brands within the group. Identify, negotiate, and secure strategic partnerships with corporate clients, lifestyle platforms, event organizers, and key industry stakeholders. Manage and nurture long-term relationships with high-value accounts and partners. Lead group-wide promotional initiatives, collaborations, and corporate dining programs. Coordinate with marketing, operations, and brand teams to implement partnership agreements and ensure successful activations. Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights to support business decisions. Represent the group at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions.

Requirements:

Must be currently based in the UAE. Proven experience in sales, partnerships, or business development within the hospitality, restaurant, or lifestyle industry. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships at senior and corporate levels. Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset. Professional appearance, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage. UAE driving license preferred.
