Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the residential and commercial property sectors. Conduct property viewings and develop persuasive listing presentations to showcase available properties. Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing guidance and support throughout the buying or leasing process. Negotiate sales contracts, leases, and agreements accurately and professionally. Stay informed about current market trends, property values, and closings to provide informed advice to clients. Collaborate with marketing teams to promote properties through online platforms and social media. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team objectives. Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring clients have a positive experience at every step of the process.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. 5 + years of proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Agent. Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market, including regulations and best practices. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus. Strong networking abilities and experience building relationships with clients. Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, in a dynamic and driven environment. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. * Valid UAE driving license is essential.
