This role combines customer service, operational coordination, and personalized communication to deliver flawless private dining experiences in a luxury environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage service delivery for all private dining and in-suite events
• Collaborate with culinary and event teams to ensure seamless execution
• Maintain the highest standards of service, presentation, and guest engagement
• Act as the point of contact for guests, handling requests and resolving concerns
• Support event logistics, setup, scheduling, and follow-up communications
• Ensure private dining operations run smoothly with attention to every detail

Job Requirements

• Up to 2 years of experience in hospitality, preferably with a luxury or international brand
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across cultures
• High attention to guest preferences and service personalization
• Previous experience in private dining, room service, or events is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural team environment
