that helps local shops and merchants go online easily -- with digital catalogs, payment links, and delivery integration. We're growing fast inDeira
and looking for motivatedSales Agents
to join our team on the ground.Main Responsibilities
Visit and pitch shopkeepers across Deira (souks, electronics, fashion, groceries, etc.) Demonstrate app features and close subscriptions. Support merchants during onboarding (installation + activation). Provide weekly reporting on sales activities.
Requirements
Minimum
2 years of experience in field sales
(retail or digital services preferred). Good network in Deira's merchant community. Strong communication inEnglish, Arabic, and Hindi/Urdu
. Confident with WhatsApp Business, QR demos, and online payments. Highly motivated, independent, and goal-oriented.Benefits
Fixed salary AED 1,500 + 10 % commission per sale. Bonuses for hitting monthly targets. Full training and sales materials provided (English & Arabic). Growth opportunities within WaaW's Dubai sales team.
Working Hours
6 days/week (10 AM - 6 PM, flexible for field visits).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
