Maple & Rose Real Estate Brokerage are currently looking for sales and leasing agents to join our ever-growing family. You will need to be money hungry, self-motivated and have a proven track record in a sales role.

Job Requirements:

• Generating new business using the client database and generating your own leads.
• Building strong relationships with Developers, Sellers and Landlords.
• Conducting market appraisals/valuations.
• Photographing and preparing properties ready for advertising.
• Matching clients to specific properties and acting as an investment adviser.
• Arranging and conducting viewings.
• Negotiating offers between both buyer and seller/tenant/landlord/Developer.
• Managing the sale or lease as it proceeds and liaising with all interested parties.
• Expert up-to-date knowledge of the rules and regulations surrounding the residential property market within Dubai.
• Becoming knowledgeable about your specific area in Dubai and showing off local interests and amenities to prospective buyers/tenants.Generating new business using the client database and generating your own leads.
