Full-time Real Estate Agent on Commission Basis. We are presently looking for a proficient and seasoned real estate agent to become a valuable member of our team. In this role, you will take on the responsibility of assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Leveraging your expertise and deep knowledge of the local real estate market, you will guide clients seamlessly through the intricacies of the buying or selling process. Responsibilities:
- Minimum 1 year experience in real estate.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences for buying, selling, or renting properties.
- Conduct property tours and showings for clients.
- Advise clients on the local real estate market, trends, and pricing strategies.
- Prepare and present offers and counteroffers to clients, negotiate terms and conditions, and facilitate the closing process.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote properties and attract potential buyers.
- Use various tools and resources to research and analyze real estate market trends and property values.
- Manage and maintain a database of clients, properties, and transactions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, laws, and best practices.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends and property values.
- Proficiency in CRM.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Valid driver\'s license and car is a plus.
