Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Heavy Equipment Division in Muscat. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of the local market, proven experience in selling heavy machinery/equipment, and an established network of clients in Oman. The role focuses on driving sales growth, building long-term customer relationships, and achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and manage sales opportunities within the heavy equipment sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, construction companies, government entities, and key clients in the local market.
Conduct market research to identify new prospects and monitor competitor activities.
Prepare and deliver accurate sales proposals, quotations, and follow-up reports.
Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company policies and profit margins.
Coordinate with the service, finance, and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery and after-sales support.
Attend site visits, client meetings, and product demonstrations as required.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions, sales activities, and forecasts.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum
5 years of proven sales experience
in the
heavy equipment industry within Oman
.
Strong understanding of construction, infrastructure, and industrial sectors.
Existing client database and strong market connections in Oman (preferred).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Valid Oman driving license.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
