The Role Job Summary: The role involves providing a professional Administration support to the Operations Team and Sales Team. : \xe2\x80\xa2 Processing sale and purchase agreements and other documents when needed. \xe2\x80\xa2 Managing the Jubail Inventory and updating Salesforce. \xe2\x80\xa2 Correspondence \xe2\x80\xa2 Filing and Updating the client\xe2\x80\x99s files on our shared folders. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinating and liaising with the design team and development team on any update with regards to the Project. \xe2\x80\xa2 Generating reports \xe2\x80\xa2 Assisting in Property Registration in ADM system.
Requirements
MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). \xe2\x80\xa2 Good communication skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken). \xe2\x80\xa2 Organized \xe2\x80\xa2 Attentive to details \xe2\x80\xa2 Works under pressure \xe2\x80\xa2 Initiative
