Job Summary
Our Company is currently seeking to hire a LOGISTIC & PERSONNEL ADMINISTRATION OFFICER to join the Abu Dhabi head office team. The perfect candidate is to perform and coordinate all administrative tasks related to personnel management, hiring processes, HR filing system. He/ she will act as a senior HR Generalist with responsibilities that will support both Operations and Recruitment teams while mediating with government entities. He/ she will also contribute with a strong level of human resource generalist knowledge, skills and administration to support the company assets.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education and Experience
High school diploma
At least 5 years of proven experience in a similar role in HR and administration, operations, or related professional area
CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
Monitor and assist the Management with hiring processes and related issues
Responsible for creating employment offers and contract agreements
Mediate with the Recruitment and Operation Departments
Monitor all hiring and visa processes for compliance with all local laws, applicable company policies and standards, needs and plans
Liaise with different government entities, when required, by working in collaboration with the company PR Officer
Assist in the management of labor and immigration-related matters
Assist employees with internal and external transfer requests and procedures
Create and maintain new hire and personnel files and enter them into the HR IT Systems
Ensure accurate and safe maintenance of all employee records and files
Maintain confidentiality and security of employee and property records, files, and information
Protect company assets
Support processing and maintenance of payroll records in accordance with policies and procedures, as needed
Organize, collect and keep track of financial records
Generate HR data reports as necessary (eg HR Budgeting, Visas status, Operations)
Inform Human Resources management of issues related to employee relations within the divisions or property
Create and type office correspondence to liaise with clients, suppliers and employees
Follow up on all company policies and procedures
Perform and execute other administrative tasks, as requested by the management, in compliance with the company's policies and procedures
Location: Abu Dhabi Head Office, UAE
Contract duration: Permanent
Starting date: September
Working schedule: 8 hrs/ Monday- Friday
Position Type: Non-Management
