The Opportunity:
We are seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to join our Dubai office. You will play a vital role in supporting our sales and business development efforts, ensuring smooth operations across our CRM platforms (Apollo, HubSpot), email marketing campaigns, and client management processes. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support sales activities, ensuring effective communication between clients, consultants, and the sales team.
• Manage and update CRM systems (Apollo, HubSpot) to maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and client interactions.
• Assist with the execution of email marketing campaigns and follow-up communications.
• Provide exceptional client management and support, responding promptly to enquiries and requests.
• Collaborate with the business development team to identify and qualify leads, supporting pipeline growth.
• Deliver ad hoc administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the office, including scheduling, document management, and reporting.

• Proven experience in sales coordination, business development, or client support (experience with Apollo and HubSpot is highly valued).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience with email marketing platforms and campaign coordination is a plus.
