Job Title:
Sales & Admin Executive
Key Responsibilities:
Manage printer product and service sales (hardware, consumables, maintenance)
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Prepare and send quotations, invoices, and service documentation
Handle daily office operations and coordinate service schedules
Maintain records of sales, inventory, and client communications
Support the technical team in coordinating on-site visits and client follow-ups
Requirements:
1-2 years of relevant experience in sales and/or office administration
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Knowledge of printer products or IT services is an advantage
UAE driving license is a plus
Male candidates only (due to role-specific requirements)
Must be based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate
Immediate joining preferred
