Qualifications:
Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
Verse in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) programs.
Must have adequate knowledge of accounting.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to take initiative and work independently.
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
