Assist the CEO and Director in coordinating the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to client onboarding.
Manage and update client data, leads, and follow-up activities in CRM systems.
Prepare proposals, service agreements, and client documentation in coordination with the sales team.
Coordinate client meetings, schedule follow-ups, and ensure timely communication with prospective and existing clients.
Maintain accurate sales records, prepare periodic sales reports, and assist in sales forecasting.
Support the Director and CEO with administrative tasks related to sales activities and project tracking.
Act as a liaison between the sales team, operations, and finance departments to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
Ensure all client inquiries are responded to promptly and professionally.
Assist in organizing webinars, events, or seminars related to sales promotion activities.
Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis to support the sales team's initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company processes, internal documentation, and client confidentiality policies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a Sales Support, Sales Coordination, or Administrative role, preferably within the tax consultancy, financial services, or professional services industry.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and coordinate effectively between departments.
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and initiative.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
