Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing quotes, sales reports, and client presentations.
Order Processing:
Handle the processing of orders with accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Customer Communication:
Act as a point of contact for clients regarding order status, product availability, and basic inquiries.
Sales Reporting:
Generate regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, targets, and pipeline updates for management.
Documentation & Filing:
Manage sales documentation, including contracts, agreements, and correspondence.
Coordination:
Liaise with internal departments (Facility management, finance, marketing) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer support.
Data Entry & Accuracy:
Ensure all sales data is entered accurately and maintained for audit and analysis purposes.
Inventory Checks:
Collaborate with inventory teams to confirm stock levels before processing large or urgent orders.
Event & Meeting Support:
Assist in organizing sales meetings, trade shows, product launches, and team events.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and Outlook.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Previous experience in a sales support or admin role is a plus.
