Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Administrator. As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including customer service, order processing, sales support, and administrative assistance. Your day-to-day activities will include managing customer inquiries, processing orders, assisting the sales team, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the sales department.
Qualifications
Candidate should possess excellent customer service and communication skills
Experience in order processing, sales support, and administrative assistance
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Familiarity with sales and CRM systems
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
Knowledge of the tourism industry and Dubai attractions is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
