is a leading multi-brand car dealership and exporter based in Dubai. Since 2019, we have been serving both local and international clients with a wide range of vehicles from economy to luxury. We are looking for a dedicated Sales Admin to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the on-site sales department.
Coordinate with the sales team to track customer inquiries, follow up on quotations, and support order processing to ensure timely closure of deals.
Prepare, review, and file essential paperwork related to sales transactions while maintaining accurate and up-to-date sales records.
Manage and organize sales documentation systematically for easy retrieval and compliance purposes.
Assist in smooth internal coordination between Sales, Accounts, Logistics, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Prepare and issue sales invoices in coordination with the Accounts Department.
Monitor and manage stock levels, ensuring timely updates and coordination with the Logistics Department for replenishments and deliveries.
Safeguard the confidentiality of sensitive company and client information throughout all sales and document handling processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
1-2 years of experience in an administrative or sales coordination role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and time management abilities.
Experience with quotations and submittals is preferred
