Location: Al Rigga (working remotely with UK staff)
Time: 6 days a week. 11am-8pm
Key Responsibilities
:
Manage order processing, invoicing, and customer data using
Odoo ERP
Oversee daily operations on
e-commerce platforms
and ensure accurate listing and order fulfillment
Maintain and update CRM systems to track sales activities and client communications
Coordinate between sales, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations
Prepare sales reports, track KPIs, and support management with data analysis
Requirements

Proven experience
in sales administration and e-commerce platform management
Expertise in Odoo ERP
(mandatory) or comparable order management systems
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in
