Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Bilingual Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, the ability to multitask effectively, and be fluent in English. With some experience in sales, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and representing our brand in both English and Arabic-speaking markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Development:

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to drive revenue growth.

Customer Service:

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions that meet clients' needs. Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients.

Multitasking:

Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including sales calls, follow-ups, and administrative duties, while maintaining high levels of organization and efficiency.

Market Analysis:

Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities. Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities.

Reporting:

Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses to management. Track and report on sales performance and goals.

Collaboration:

Work closely with other team members, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and support for sales strategies.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales role, preferably in Sports Facility, Service Industry. Freshers are also welcome to apply.

Languages:

Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, Arabic would be an advantage.

Skills:

Proven ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Personal Attributes:

Self-motivated, with a strong drive to achieve targets. Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,250.00 per month
