The Role

Universal Rubber Belt Manufacturing LLC, a leading manufacturer in the industrial belt sector, is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Admin to support our sales operations and ensure smooth coordination between customers, the sales team, and internal departments. Key Responsibilities: o Provide administrative support to the sales team by preparing quotations, sales orders, and delivery notes. o Maintain and update customer records, sales databases, and pricing lists. o Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery. o Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on pending orders and payments. o Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis. o Manage internal documentation and filing related to sales transactions. o Monitor inventory levels and inform the team of stock status when required. o Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies in all sales-related processes.



Requirements

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. o 1-3 years of experience in a sales support/admin role (preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors). o Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; ERP system experience is a strong advantage. o Strong organizational and communication skills. o Customer-focused with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. o Fluency in English (Arabic/Hindi is a plus).
