FirstPoint Group is hiring a motivated and detail-oriented
Admin / Sales Representative
to support our growing operations. This role is a hybrid of administrative support and client-facing sales tasks. The ideal candidate
must have prior experience working in a maintenance, fit-out, or interior design company.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage quotations, invoices, and client documentation
Communicate with clients and provide excellent after-sales support
Upsell additional services and solutions where appropriate
Maintain strong client relationships and follow up on ongoing leads
Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including scheduling and reporting
Coordinate internally with project and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a maintenance, fit-out, or interior design company
(mandatory)
Strong organizational, communication, and client-handling skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
