Tending to customer enquiries through phone calls, fax and emails by following up on all correspondence.
Generating orders through following up quotations sent out to clients.
Recording quotation details on Excel file and record book.
Coordinating with Clients and Service Department regarding deliveries to ensure good quality of service.
Managing Client files and making sure that all necessary documents are filed with accurate information before submitting to Finance Department for Invoicing.
Following up on existing LPO for hire extension.
Preparing Sales Weekly Report information on behalf on the assigned Sales Engineer.
Weekly coordination and planning meetings with the assigned Sales Engineer.

Requirements:
College Degree in Administration or relevant qualifications
2 years in Sales support role
Able to work long hours under pressure
Good communication skills and attention to detail
Computer literate in MS office
Excellent written and verbal English
Can work with a minimum of supervision
Same industry or market knowledge an advantage
