Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Account Manager to join team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for developing and managing sales accounts for our flexible packaging products.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners

Analyze customer needs and develop strategies to meet those needs

Negotiate contracts with customers

Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities

Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business objectives

Establish and maintain accurate records of all sales and activity reports

Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Provide technical support to customers

Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitive activities

Develop and implement customer service policies

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

8+ years of experience in sales, account management, and/or customer service

Proven track record of success in sales and account management

Must have experience in flexible packaging products

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Self-motivated and results-oriented

Proficiency in MS Office Suite
