Job Description
Our sales team is the engine that drives the global consumer reach of our packaging solutions. We\xe2\x80\x99re seeking a qualified sales manager who can help keep this engine running with their own sales skills. The ideal sales account manager has deep experience with the entire sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and deal closing. We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a quick learner who has strong negotiating skills \xe2\x80\x94 someone with a successful track record who can inspire the same performance in others. Responsibilities
- Proactively source potential relationships and manage follow ups
- Meet sales targets consistently and set new ones
- Work closely with other teams
- Deliver a positive and energetic experience aligned to the company culture
- Ideally you will come from a targeted sales environment \xe2\x80\x93 either telesales or face-to-face sales where you will be used to working to daily/weekly/monthly targets.
- Sales / Marketing / PR experience preferred but not essential
- Fast learner
- Ability to use initiative
