Sales Account Coordinator Dubai, UAE Join our high-performing team in Taste, Texture and Health and "Bring progress to life!" In this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to support our sales organization by working directly with customers and collaborating across functions to deliver impactful solutions in Beverage, Sweet Goods and Savory segments. You'll gain hands-on experience, develop valuable commercial skills, and train alongside some of the best in the industry. This role is also a great fit for candidates interested in growing into an Account Management career path. Your key responsibilities Support Account manager to manage their accounts with clients Handle client's projects and account management activities such as customer data and product life cycle Maintain a close working relationship with stakeholders (Technical team, pricing office, Credit team and sampling team) Collaborate with Customer Experience team to ensure client satisfaction Manage all commercial data and perform general administrative tasks like sample order, regulatory documents, system set up (CMIR and prices), price letter. Take care of day to day client requests. Support commercial team with relevant reports, client meetings and other customer activities. In depth experience with SAP, Excel, Powerpoint and CRM preferred At least 2 years work experience related to sales support/customer service.
