Prepare salads according to the recipe in a regular and consistent manner
Prepare
Tabbouleh Salad, Fattoush salad
, Raheb Salad, Halloumi salad, etc.,
Clean and cut vegetables, fruits, and berries for salads
Mix ingredients for green salads, fruit salads, and potato salad
Ensure that all food preparation is completed for next shift
Willing to learn and grow in food service abilities
Ability to multi-task and handle service points such as grille and food preparation
Maintains personal hygiene and neatness according to departmental standards
Utilizes gloves according to departmental standards
Uses hair restraints according to departmental standards
Reports to work in a regular and timely fashion
Ability to consistently arrive punctually and contribute to a positive restaurant atmosphere
Minimum of 3 years of experience as salad maker
