We are looking for an experienced Russian-speaking sales professional to promote and sell MEGO Conference participation to doctors and medical professionals (OB-GYN, fertility, laparoscopy, women's health).
The sales executive will contact pre-qualified leads provided by us, introduce the conference, share event details, and follow up via calls and messages to convert interest into registrations

Key Responsibilities
Contact assigned leads (doctors, clinics, hospitals, medical professionals) via phone, WhatsApp, email, or Telegram
Present MEGO Conference details clearly and professionally (details will be provided by us)
Explain benefits of attendance, CME value, speakers, and networking opportunities
Follow up with interested leads (all leads will be given by us) shared sheet
Maintain clear records of contacted leads and outcomes
Coordinate with our internal team for registration, invoicing, and confirmations
Submit daily or weekly lead status reports
Required Qualifications
Fluent in Russian (spoken & written) - mandatory
Good command of English for internal coordination
Strong follow-up skills and persuasion abilities
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
