Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven and highly motivated Russian Speaking Property Sales Agent to join our successful team.

You will be responsible for lead follow-up, building relationships with Russian-speaking clients, showcasing properties, and closing sales to meet and exceed targets.

The ideal candidate will be

Key Responsibilities:

Understand clients' property needs and preferences, providing expert advice and guidance. Conduct property viewings and presentations effectively, highlighting key features and benefits. Negotiate offers and facilitate the sales process from initial contact to contract signing and handover. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Utilize CRM systems to manage leads, client interactions, and sales activities. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns for the Russian-speaking market.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Fluency in Russian (native or near-native) and English (written and spoken) is essential.

Proven sales experience, ideally within the real estate sector Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Client-focused with a proactive and positive attitude. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Good organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
