They are a boutique serves that fixates on quality and delivery.
The Client is looking for a data analyst to join the call center team and help to improve the sales and lead generation performance. He will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting on various data sources, such as call logs, customer feedback, and market trends. He will also optimize our dialing strategies and campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques, and providing ongoing reports
- Developing and implementing data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
- Working with management and other stakeholders to identify and prioritize business and information needs
- Using Convoso\'s features and capabilities to create and manage outbound campaigns, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate real-time reports and dashboards
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a data analyst in a call center or similar environment
- Proficient in SQL, SAS, Excel, and other data analysis tools
- Experience working with cloud-based contact center software
