What You'll Do

• Professionally answer incoming room service calls, addressing inquiries and requests with courtesy.
• Accurately record and confirm guest orders, ensuring details are correctly relayed to the kitchen.
• Provide menu knowledge, including preparation times, ingredients, and promotions, to assist guests.
• Coordinate and deliver food and beverages to guest rooms, maintaining presentation and accuracy standards.
• Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs.
• Assist with mise en place, maintaining organized trays, cutlery, condiments, and other essentials.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Support team operations, including communication with other departments and handling call transfers.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8-12 years of experience in hospitality, preferably in food & beverage or room service roles.
• Certification in supply chain management or similar is an advantage.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Customer-oriented, creative, and able to resolve issues with logical reasoning.
• Proficiency in hotel reservations or POS software.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
