Role Summary
The Room Attendant - Accor Dubai will be responsible for maintaining guest rooms and public areas to the highest cleanliness and hygiene standards. This role ensures a welcoming, comfortable environment for guests while following hotel procedures, safety rules, and Accor's service values.

What You'll Do

• Clean and service guest rooms daily according to hotel standards
• Replenish guest amenities, mini bar, and supplies in rooms and on trolley before shift start
• Strip, make beds, and change linens as required
• Dust, polish, and remove stains or marks from walls and furnishings
• Maintain cleanliness in corridors and common areas
• Safely handle cleaning chemicals and equipment for specialized cleaning tasks
• Respond to guest complaints or requests promptly and positively
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards consistently
• Report any maintenance issues or damages immediately to supervisors

Ideal Profile

• Previous experience in housekeeping is an advantage; on-the-job training provided
• Physically fit and able to complete cleaning tasks efficiently
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, chemicals, and hygiene standards
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Service-oriented personality with good interpersonal skills
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
