• Manage guest inquiries, resolve issues, and handle complaints with professionalism.
• Maintain updated knowledge of room types, rates, and availability.
• Optimize occupancy levels through effective room block management.
• Suggest upgrades, promotions, and add-ons to maximize revenue and enhance guest satisfaction.

Ideal Profile

• Previous experience in reservations, front office, or customer service roles preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Knowledge of hotel reservation software is an advantage.
• Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset.
