We are seeking a
Roller Operator
with proven experience in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating rollers for various construction projects.Key Responsibilities:
Operate rollers to compact soil, asphalt, and other materials for road construction and maintenance projects. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications:
Proven
Minimum 2 Year Experience in UAE
as a Roller Operator with a strong track record of working on construction projects in Dubai or similar environments.Valid roller operator certification and UAE relevant Roller Driving licenses.
Strong understanding of compaction techniques, safety procedures, and equipment maintenance. Strong attention to detail, precision, and the ability to follow instructions accurately. Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team. Physical stamina and capability to work in diverse weather conditions.THANKYOU.
