The Roller Operator plays a crucial role in the construction and maintenance of roads, highways, and various infrastructure projects in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This position requires a skilled operator who can efficiently manage roller machinery to ensure optimal compaction of soil, asphalt, and other materials. The Roller Operator must possess a keen understanding of construction practices, safety regulations, and machinery operation to contribute effectively to project success.
Responsibilities: * Operate roller machinery to compact soil, asphalt, and other materials on construction sites.

• Conduct pre-operation inspections of equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
• Monitor and maintain proper compaction levels according to project specifications.
• Collaborate with site supervisors and other team members to ensure smooth workflow.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to minimize risks on the job site.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on roller equipment.
• Document daily work activities and equipment performance for reporting purposes.
• Assist in the training of new operators on best practices and safety measures.
• Identify and report any issues or malfunctions with machinery to the maintenance team.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations during operations.
