Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and experienced
Roller Operator
to join our construction team. The successful candidate will operate compaction rollers to compress and smooth soil , and other materials during road construction and maintenance projects, ensuring proper ground preparation and surface finish.Key Responsibilities:
Operate single drum, double drum, pneumatic, or vibratory rollers safely and efficiently. Perform compaction work on soil, subgrade, and asphalt layers according to specifications. Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance of the roller equipment. Follow all safety regulations and company procedures on-site. Coordinate with site supervisors and other machinery operators to ensure project efficiency. Report any mechanical issues or unsafe conditions immediately. Maintain daily equipment logs and report usage or fuel consumption.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Valid heavy equipment operator license or certification (if applicable). Strong understanding of compaction techniques and safety standards. Ability to work in a physically demanding and outdoor environment. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or night shifts if required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
