Requirements
Minimum
5 years of experience
in coffee roasting or specialty coffee industry.
Strong knowledge of
green coffee sourcing, roasting techniques, and flavor development

Hands-on experience with roasting machines and quality control tools.
Excellent sensory skills and ability to identify flavor profiles.
Conversant in
English
; Arabic is an advantage.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Passion for specialty coffee and continuous learning.
