Prepare, serve and present beverages according to Flat White recipe and presentation standards. Prepares foods, such as sandwiches or baked goods, and brewing coffee and tea.
Sells coffees and coffee grinding and brewing equipment by explaining differences in coffee beans and coffee preparation machines; demonstrating how brewing equipment operates.
Prepares and sells coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques for coffee drinks.
Makes sure the station is properly set and that all side work is completed thoroughly, expertly, and on time following strict server shift mechanics.
Maintains familiarity with menu items, promotions, special and seasonal offerings, and other information related Flat White products and services.
Execute other duties as assigned by Head Barista
