Background:
Silver Links is responsible for roaming relations services within the Axian Telecom Group. A role has been established to support the Head of Group Roaming in coordinating roaming activities across the group. The Roaming Group Coordinator will assist the Head of Group Roaming in managing IOTD and IRA contracts with the OpCos.
Main Purpose of the Role:
The Roaming Group Coordinator will support the Head of Group Roaming at Silver Links in managing, developing, and optimizing the roaming business for all Axian Group Mobile Network Operators.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks:
Contract Management:
Once an IOTD deal is approved by the Head of Group Roaming, the Roaming Group Coordinator must coordinate the contract signing within Silver Links and with partners, and ensure implementation across all Axian OpCos.
Roaming Discount Reconciliation:
Coordinate the reconciliation of roaming discount periods in collaboration with the OpCos.
Weekly Reporting:
Provide weekly reports to the Head of Group Roaming on ongoing projects with the OpCos.
Report Collection:
Collaborate directly with the OpCos to gather roaming reports requested by the Head of Group Roaming.
IREG Follow-Up:
Track the IREG evolution for all OpCos bi-weekly and share a dashboard with the Head of Group Roaming.
TAP Implementation:
Coordinate the TAP implementation within the OpCos and the DCHs.
Daily Traffic Monitoring (Outbound):
Monitor all outbound traffic from Axian OpCos per destination daily to identify and block high-cost destinations.
Inbound Traffic Monitoring:
Monitor inbound traffic daily for each OpCo.
Monthly Reporting:
Provide monthly reports on roaming traffic/revenue for all Axian OpCos, as well as AA14 inbound/outbound leakage.
Collection and Settlement Reporting:
Provide monthly reports on roaming collections, settlements, and outstanding balances for all Axian OpCos.
Involvement in Roaming Projects:
Participate in ongoing roaming projects at all Axian OpCos, including retail offers, and report to the Head of Group Roaming.
IOTD Agreement Follow-Up:
Track all IOTD agreements to proactively identify end dates for renegotiation and reconciliation.
Review of IOTD Agreements:
Identify roaming partners involved in M2M and reselling, and propose IOTD agreement reviews to the Head of Group Roaming.
Work Environment:
Daily interaction with OpCo roaming managers and commercial retail teams.
Interface with suppliers, third parties, and outsourcing partners, including DCH/FCH for TAP and settlement issues.
Performance analysis and reporting on inbound and outbound roaming traffic and IREG launches.
Provide escalation support to OpCo teams as needed.
Required Skills:
Technical knowledge of 2G/3G/4G/5G/VoLTE technologies and IOTD management.
Ability to effectively manage and independently execute tasks, handling multiple projects simultaneously.
Business acumen, problem-solving skills, and information processing capabilities.
Roaming traffic analysis with a focus on quality, continuous improvement, and reporting.
Strong proficiency in reporting and dashboard management.
Proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, innovation, accountability, and service orientation.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and at least a working knowledge of French.

Job Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in ICT, International Business, or related fields, with a Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the telecommunications industry. At least 3 years as a Manager or Senior Manager responsible for achieving financial and technical targets, with experience in Roaming Management.
Languages:
Proficiency in English and at least a working knowledge of French.
