Missions
As a Wealth Management generalist, the Client Service Officers (RM Assistant) works within a team of assistants.
You support a/several Relationship Manager(s) (RM) in the administrative and operational management of their clientele portfolios.
You hold a key relationship position and contribute to the quality of the Bank's image. You are acting as a link between the operational departments of the Bank, the employees and the clients.
Key responsabilities :

  • Ensure the link between the client, RMs, Service Team and operational departments ;
  • Assist RMs in their mission by executing the day-to-day business and more occasional activities ;
  • Establish and maintain quality relationships with the clients (both external and internal) ;
  • Proceed with accounts openings/closings, pass the orders and controls the correct execution ; Control client identification, and call-backs ;
  • Master the mechanisms of the bank and works within the established practices and procedures.
