Risk Manager
to join our team and help ensure the stability, compliance, and growth of our operations.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage daily trading risk across all client accounts.
Analyze exposure, liquidity, and profitability to ensure effective risk mitigation.
Utilize and manage
risk management tools and software
(MT5 admin, liquidity bridges, third-party risk plugins, BI dashboards, etc.).
Identify and categorize clients (profitable traders, high-risk traders, scalpers, etc.) to optimize.
Provide actionable insights and
new ideas to improve brokerage operations, strategies, and risk management frameworks
.
Collaborate with compliance, dealing desk, and management to ensure efficient workflows.
Prepare regular reports on client exposure, trading patterns, and broker risk.
Requirements
2-3 years of proven experience
in a Forex brokerage risk management role.
Strong understanding of
financial markets, trading operations, and brokerage structures
.
Proficiency in
risk management software, trading platforms, and data analysis tools
.
Ability to analyze large sets of client and market data.
Innovative thinker with the ability to propose and implement
process improvements
.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
