Responsibilities
Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team.
Train sales agents on forex products and sales techniques.
Build strong relationships with clients.
Set and achieve sales goals.
Handle client concerns with smart, quick thinking.

Qualifications
Experience working with a forex brokerage firm (not currency exchange) in the UAE.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Great communication and people-handling skills.
Must be street-smart and solution-focused.
Ability to train and mentor a sales team.
Strong knowledge of forex trading and brokerage.
