Job Description

We are looking for an experienced

Risk Manager & Dealer

to join our growing Forex brokerage team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will manage trading risk, monitor client exposures, and execute dealer-level operations on MT5 while ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor live trading activity: exposures, leverage, margins, and stop-outs. Identify hedging, arbitrage patterns, and escalate suspicious behaviors. Execute trades, manage A/B Book routing, and coordinate with LPs. Oversee real-time risk parameters and ensure optimal risk distribution. Handle account configuration: leverage, margin settings, resets, and permissions. Process client requests such as deposits, withdrawals, and trading queries. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly risk and performance reports. Manage MT5 server groups, symbols, spreads, swaps & plugins. Enforce AML/KYC compliance and monitor flagged accounts. Maintain audit logs and assist in resolving trade disputes.

Requirements

1-3 years experience as a

Risk Manager, Dealer, or Trading Operations Executive

in a Forex brokerage. Strong command of MT5 (server & manager) and risk tools. Deep understanding of market exposure, liquidity, and risk parameters. Familiarity with AML/KYC procedures and compliance. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent English communication skills. Must be able to work

in-house in Dubai
