Review Architect - Real Estate & Design
Azizi Developments is seeking an experienced Review Architect to join our Design 360 Studio in Dubai. This role involves reviewing and approving architectural designs to ensure compliance with project goals, local regulations, and international standards. The ideal candidate will provide technical assessments, collaborate with design teams, and ensure quality control throughout the design development process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and approve architectural design documents, including drawings, specifications, and reports
- Conduct technical assessments of design and construction drawings to verify accuracy and quality
- Provide feedback to design teams, ensuring compliance with project requirements and regulations
- Collaborate with consultants, stakeholders, and project teams to align design documents with client objectives
- Ensure designs adhere to local building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Perform quality control checks on drawings, improving efficiency and design accuracy
- Monitor design revisions to maintain project integrity and compliance throughout the development stages
- Coordinate with internal teams and consultants to resolve technical challenges during the design phase
- Mentor and lead review architects and design team members, fostering excellence in architectural review
- Contribute to project presentations and reports for clients, regulatory bodies, and stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in large-scale architectural projects
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, BIM360, Bluebeam Revu, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of design regulations, construction documentation, and quality control
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
