The ideal candidate will work closely with creative teams, providing data-driven insights to enhance design outcomes and optimize decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and manage data from multiple sources, including project data, user behavior, market trends, and performance metrics
- Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights that support design and development strategies
- Collaborate with the design team to provide data-driven recommendations and optimize project outcomes
- Interpret customer and user data to assist in developing personas, user journeys, and strategic design direction
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of design initiatives
- Create clear, concise, and visually appealing data visualizations and dashboards for stakeholders and design teams
- Support A/B testing and design experiments to measure the impact of design changes
- Work cross-functionally with designers, product managers, and stakeholders to solve challenges using data-driven insights
- Identify emerging trends and opportunities in design and user experience through data analysis
- Prepare and present detailed reports, ensuring clear communication of insights and results
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience working as a data analyst, preferably in a design or real estate environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and extract insights from complex datasets
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Knowledge of user experience (UX) research and design processes is an advantage
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present data insights clearly and effectively
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
