Planner Project Scheduling - Real Estate & Design
Azizi Developments is seeking a skilled Planner Project Scheduling to join our Design 360 Studio in Dubai. This role involves developing and maintaining project schedules, tracking progress, managing risks, and providing insightful data analysis through Power BI. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Primavera P6 and a strong understanding of project planning methodologies within the construction and real estate sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6
- Plan and manage the full project lifecycle from initial design to completion
- Establish milestones, deadlines, and dependencies while optimizing resource allocation
- Track project progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective measures
- Utilize Power BI to create visual reports and dashboards displaying key project data and performance metrics
- Provide timely and actionable insights to stakeholders through data-driven reports
- Identify and mitigate potential risks affecting project schedules
- Maintain risk registers and ensure risk management strategies are in place
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to align project schedules
- Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to review schedule updates and resolve challenges
- Monitor actual progress against schedules, making adjustments as necessary
- Ensure all project-related documents, reports, and schedules are accurately maintained and updated
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project planning and scheduling within construction, engineering, or project management sectors
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 for project scheduling, tracking, and resource management
- Hands-on experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Solid understanding of construction processes, timelines, and resource optimization
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
