Revenue Specialist With Holiday Homes Company Experience
Job Description
A luxury, established short term rental management company in the UAE is searching for an enthusiastic Reservation Admin officer to help to grow our business and provide new Corporate Clients and creative ideas to help achieve our goals and monthly targets.
This is a Multi role which involves the leasing of properties in our portfolio, Handling Daily and weekly rates, Running Promotions on Marketing Platforms and other Admin works related to Bookings like Applying Move in Permit and insurance of the property .
Preferred candidates who can immediately join. Work location will be in The Greens REQUIREMENTS:
- A positive attitude is essential. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is solution focused and is excited about the opportunities available to them in this position.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience working Holidays Home Company.
- Digital competence and experience using different CRM tools, Hostify and other similar CRMs Portals.
- A broad network of property owner contacts who are open to the short-term rental leasing model.
- Strong organizational skills, communication skills (Verbal and Non-Verbal), good team working skills and a positive/creative attitude is essential
- Bachelor's degree certificate required
- Ability to multi-task and take initiative
- Target Oriented Person.
